Rethink water

Last year I shot a big advertising job, Rethink Water. Designer Wes Wooddell came to me with ideas in hand. The concept was five different scenes for each of their five flavors. The only challenge was that they wanted to be able to use the shots in both horizontal and vertical formats.

I ended up shooting most of the items separately so they can be moved around in any format. The best thing about the shoot, Wes had sketches of his ideas ready to go. Tremendous ad job and we nailed it.

Pentagram – Montessori Life

This was shot last year for Pentagram and I love shooting for them. Most of the time when they commission me for a job, I have creative freedom. They asked me to shoot the cover for Montessori life. The direction was to use knobless cylinder blocks to show diversity within Montessori schools. I sketched out a few ideas and they loved them. I executed both but one went with one for the cover and it looked amazing. I always look forward for more Pentagram shoots.
